Problem with communication in a project

The biggest problem with communication management is that if there is a problem with the communication in the team it will lead to problems with every part of the project. The first thing that can cause a problem in communication is by just not having any communication within the team, this can be avoided by setting a time each week where the team meets and discuss what they have been doing with the project that week. Another problem with communication is not having quality communication or have the wrong information communicated. By having the wrong information communicating between people it will cause almost ever aspect of the project to have issue or it will cause a waste of resources. The major way to avoid this is by making sure that everybody cares about the quality of the commination, this can be done by having one person to check the quality of communication.
