When it comes to quality management one of the most important factors is customer feedback. It is important to focus on the feedback from the customers so that you can make the changes that they would like. Also it is important to make sure employees are focused on quality management because most employees will become unmotivated on the quality of a project and more focused on completing a projected. To fix this problem the team lead should try to check in with each member of the team at least once a week to make sure they are keeping up with the quality standards. One more factor to keep in mind is when designing the project is to not make the project so specific and non-flexible. If it the project is non-flexible it will be much harder to update the project to maintain the optimal level of quality.
